The patterns in this collection are carefully pressed with vintage wooden block prints, whose carved designs were traditionally used to create repeating patterns on textiles. Their slight irregularities, organic lines, and enduring motifs are part of what makes them so beautiful.
I was drawn to these patterns because they feel both familiar and timeless—decorative without feeling overly ornate, and rooted in the beauty of traditional craftsmanship.
The Soap Dish brings a small moment of beauty to the everyday bathroom, while the Side Plate offers an intimate setting for a pastry, afternoon snack, or small treasure. The Napkin Rings add a thoughtful finishing detail to the table, turning an ordinary meal into something a little more considered.
